As a Restaurant Service Crew Member, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Answer questions about the menu and make recommendations as needed.
  • Order Management: Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all special requests are communicated to the kitchen staff.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Serve food and drinks to customers in a timely manner, ensuring presentation and quality meet restaurant standards.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Keep the dining area clean and organized, including clearing tables, resetting them for new guests, and maintaining cleanliness in service areas.
  • Cash Handling: Process payments, handle cash, and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service and effective communication during busy periods.
  • Adherence to Policies: Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines, as well as restaurant policies and procedures.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
