- Contribute actively to internal marketing initiatives, generating a consistent flow of qualified leads for the agency.
Campaign Management
- Accountable for projects across performance marketing channels, including digital advertising, analytics, and marketing automation.
- Oversee all aspects of campaign planning, execution, and optimization.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement A/B testing to continuously improve results.
- Manage ad spend across clients and ensure accurate invoicing.
Team Leadership
- Lead and motivate a team of performance marketing specialists.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to team members to develop their skills and knowledge.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
Client Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding performance-related matters.
- Maintain strong client relationships and communicate regularly to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Present regular performance reports and insights to clients.
- Address any client concerns regarding KPI setting, recommendations, and project progress.
