Responsibilities: Acting as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners. Preparing the requisitions and purchase orders; receiving orders and documenting arrivals. Performing minor accounting; checking Purchase invoices, Purchase Return; and others purchases issue. Manage to plan the purchase of equipment, stationery, services, and supplies. Following and enforcing the Company's procurement policies and procedures. Reviewing, comparing, analyzing, and approving products and services to be purchased. Reminding the manager and executive of important tasks and the deadlines on sales & inventory/shipment & logistics matters. A good inventory management system ensures that inventories are efficiently streamlined to avoid both gluts and shortages. A person responsible for maintaining the system database as system database caretaker. Undertaking the miscellaneous tasks to support administration, marketing, sales, and others. Performing the special duties and ad hoc functions instructions given by the boss. Manage marketing inventory and coordinate marketing merchandise. Marketing and customer claim cost control. Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner, maintaining comprehensive and accurate records. Support the marketing leadership team through the organization and administrative support for various projects. Requirements: Candidate must have at least a Degree in any field. Required language(s): Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia. Fluent mandarin speaking and reading skills preferred due to roles requires candidate to interact with Mandarin speaking clients. Good command of English writing and excellent communication skills. Computer literate with above-average knowledge of Microsoft Word, Power Point & Advance Excel skills preferred. Work experience in a Procurement, or other similar position. Min 2 years of experience in imports in foreign currencies. Strong organizational abilities, problem-solving mindset, and time management skills. Able to work independently with a high degree of integrity, commitment, and trustworthiness. Able to exercise a high level of discretion and confidentiality. Possess a good working attitude, mature, multi-tasking, open-minded, proactive with a sense of urgency, not being swayed or influenced easily, meticulous. To be able to collaborate with department heads actively in order to create a conducive and engaging work environment. Possess own transport and must be able to drive.
