Responsibilities;

  • Ensuring customers’ requirements are met and to prevent shortfalls by liaising with logistic team
  • Initiate discussions and meetings where customer’s requirements are deliberated
  • Assisting in all Sales Department documentation ie. invoices, outstanding payment, etc
  • Be the window for the customer to contact whenever needed ie enquiries to quality issues
  • Attend to customer’s vendor briefing and report to internal team on the latest news
  • Ensure all latest Customer Specific Requirement (CSR) is up to date
  • Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
  • Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
  • Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
  • Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
  • Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
  • Assist in the preparation and organizing of material
  • Ensure adherence to laws and policies
  • To perform any other tasks as assigned by the superior/management
  • Requirements;

    • Minimum 3 years experience in Sales coordinator
    • Minimum Diploma in related field
    • Possess a valid driving license
    • Knowledge in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and IATF 16949 are an advantage
    • Understanding of sales process, preferably with customer service experience
    • Good communication skills
    • Proficiency in MS Office
