Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Implement Lead Generation Strategies:

  • Design and execute effective and comprehensive lead-generation campaigns with different techniques including SEO, SEM and PPC

Campaign Management and Optimization

  • Create compelling, conversion-focused content landing pages to optimize SEO and SEM efforts.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
  • Use insights from data analysis to optimize campaigns, improve conversion rates, and achieve lead generation targets.

Content Creation and Optimization

  • Optimize content for SEO with compelling blog posts, case studies, web content to enhance visibility and organic traffic with on-page optimization and acquiring backlinks for off-page optimization.

Data Analysis and Reporting

  • Conduct keyword research and use SEO best practices to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
  • Manage and optimize SEM campaigns to ensure high ROI and effective budget utilization.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and report on campaign performance and ROI.
  • Conduct A/B testing and other performance analyses to refine and improve marketing strategies.

Budget Management

  • Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
  • Monitor and report on spending against budget.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (min. 3 years) in digital marketing with a strong emphasis and focus on lead generation.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing).
  • Experience in B2B and B2C marketing.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Console, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager etc.
  • Independent, ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
