  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities:

  • Booking cargo for flights, handling cargo inquiries, tracking shipments, and maintaining daily communication with freight clients.
  • Daily tasks related to cargo statistics, reporting, and other administrative work.
  • Supervise and coordinate daily operations with cargo agents to enhance the quality of CAAC cargo transport services.
  • Coordinate with relevant internal and external parties.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
  • Efficiently manage time and tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Address and resolve challenges that arise in the office.
  • Effectively juggle multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Be resourceful and find independent solutions to issue.

    • Requirements:

  • Preference will be given to candidates with experience in air freight operations at airlines, freight forwarders, or airport cargo stations.
  • Candidates must have full working rights for Malaysia.
  • Age not exceeding 35 years. (Prior experience preferred)
  • Required skills: Strong proficiency in spoken and written Chinese, English (minimum Grade C in SPM), and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Must possess at least a Diploma Certificate in any field.
  • Dedicated, motivated, with a positive working attitude, responsible, and eager to learn.
  • Willingness to work shifts, weekends, public holidays and night shifts.
  • Possession of a driving license, over one year of experience in a related field is a preferred.
  • Competency in MS Office.
  • Must have own transport and be willing to work at KLIA (Kuala Lumpur International Airport).
  • Full- time position available.
