PRODUCTION EXECUTIVES

Responsibilities :

• To assist in monitoring and controlling daily productions activities.
• To assist in resolving daily operational issues, such as staff working schedule, attendance, staff discipline, sufficient raw material and documentation.
• Monitor the production operations, daily output and manage all the resources
• To ensure GMP and HACCP systems are maintained effectively.
• To coordinate with QA; to ensure the products are meeting to the customer requirements.
• Ensure that yearly machinery inspection is conducted together with Maintenance department.
• Responsible to update all corrective action from the finding during internal and external audit.
• Other job duties & responsibilities as and when required.

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree or Diploma in Food Technology / Nutrition, Business Management or its equivalent.
• Matured and willing to face challenges.
• Able to work on rotating shift hours, Sundays and Public Holidays.
• Able to work independent and cold working environment.
• Candidate without required qualifications but have at least 2-3 years of related working experience preferably in food industries will also be considered.
