Eber is a Loyalty Marketing SaaS platform that helps businesses run Loyalty and Rewards programs. We work with brands like Secret Recipe, Zen & Co, and Holiday Villa Hotels. We're looking for motivated individuals to join our growing and connected team.

We're expanding our Account Manager team to work with our growing customer base locally and internationally. You'll be responsible for launching and managing loyalty programs for brands using the Eber platform. You'll work with customers on ideas to acquire members, drive engagement, and ultimately improve customer retention.

Objectives and Responsibilities

  • Loyalty Program Development: Implement and manage customer loyalty programs using the Eber platform. Align program design with brand objectives to drive customer engagement and retention.
  • Marketing Strategy: Execute marketing strategies to promote loyalty programs, including email campaigns and other digital marketing efforts.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze customer data and program performance to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to enhance loyalty program offerings and address issues or concerns.

Qualifications and Skillsets:

  • Education: Diploma/Degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing. Experience in loyalty management or customer retention is a plus.
  • Technological: Experience working with software such as marketing and CRM platforms, and willingness to learn new ones.
  • Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Customer Focus: Demonstrate a deep understanding of customer behavior to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Creativity: Think creatively and develop innovative strategies to drive customer engagement and loyalty.
