The Position

Key Responsibilities:
• Validate and record all transaction relating to accounts payables or accounts receivables.
• Prepare details for payment or collection schedule for timely execution.
• Laise with Australian contact points for matter pertaining to payments or collection.
• Coordinate with Australian ground team on inventory administration and controls.

Skills Required:
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent oral and written English proficiency with good organizational skills
• Should be proficient with computers and should be conversant with the usage of Microsoft Excel, Word and

PowerPoint
• Analytical, able to work independently and multi-task

Qualifications:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 2-4 years of working experience in the related field
• Able to understand full sets of Accounts inclusive management and costing report.
