Job Description:
As a Sales Executive at DUROMAC, you will be responsible for driving sales of our heavy-duty cleaning equipment and solutions across industrial and commercial sectors. Your focus will be on expanding our client base while nurturing and maintaining relationships with existing customers.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and promote DUROMAC’s range of heavy-duty cleaning machines, providing tailored solutions for industrial and professional users.
  • Assess customers' cleaning requirements, propose optimal equipment solutions, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Execute sales strategies and marketing initiatives to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities, acquire new clients, and ensure retention of current customers.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers within target markets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service and aftersales support.
  • Deliver results under tight deadlines and in high-pressure environments.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree, Post-Graduate Diploma, or Professional qualification in any related field.
  • 3–4 years of sales experience, ideally in industrial, commercial, or technical sales.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage at all organizational levels.
  • Proven sales track record and ability to meet targets.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently.
  • Must be able to travel and possess a valid driving license.
  • Malaysian citizen fluent in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
