1. Qualifications: Minimum secondary school education. A diploma or degree in Communications, Marketing, Multimedia, or related fields is preferred. Experience in marketing or content creation is an added advantage. 2. Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in content creation and social media management. Fresh applicants are welcome to apply. 3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in video editing (CapCut) and familiarity with social media platforms. 4. Creative Skills: Ability to generate creative ideas and produce high-quality scripts that engage audiences. This skill can be taught if lacking. 5. Work Attitude: Proactive, creative, and able to work in a team or independently under pressure. 6. Interpersonal Skills : Good communication skills, including the ability to perform live streaming when required.
