Restaurant Manager

We are now seeking a young, energetic Restaurant Manager with a passion for innovation and a drive for success to join our dynamic team!

Responsibilities

• Oversee the smooth operations and profitability of the outlet.
• Ensure a satisfactory and pleasant dining experience for our customers.
• Build sales and control costs within the budget to meet or exceed business result expectations.
• Ensure the outlet is optimally staffed, lead and develop team members to achieve expected performance and productivity.
• Manage the people development and succession planning of team members.
• Plan and work within budgets to maximize profit and achieve sales targets set by management.
• Conduct monthly business reviews, prepare reports and provide performance analysis documentation.

Qualifications & experience

• Minimum 3 years of Restaurant Management experience in the restaurant/ F&B industry or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and preparation techniques.
• Proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written), English, and Bahasa Malaysia, as the role requires liaising with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage stressful situations during busy periods.
• High level of integrity and sense of responsibility with a commitment to good governance.
• Good communication skills, independent with good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in using moderately complex computer systems for accurate data input.
• Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities.
