We are looking for a Product Manager - AI Inspection to join our team. In this role, you will contribute to overseeing AI inspection solutions by working with customers, collaborating with engineering teams, and ensuring validation success. Key tasks include developing product roadmaps, identifying growth opportunities, and creating technical documentation. It also involves supporting sales and marketing efforts and potentially leading junior team members.

Impact You Will Make

• Interface with customers to understand their inspection challenges and requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and enhance AI inspection solutions.
• Ensure the best AI inspection performance by overseeing the validation process onsite until completion.
• Drive the growth of the AI inspection business by identifying new opportunities and markets.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps and strategies aligned with customer needs and business goals.
• Create and manage technical documentation, including product requirements, validation plans, and user manuals.
• Conduct market research to stay updated with industry trends and competitor products.
• Provide training and support to sales and marketing teams to effectively promote AI inspection solutions.
• May provide leadership and training to lower-level technical and product management employees.

Our Ideal Candidate

• B.S. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field from an accredited four-year college or university.
• Minimum of two years of experience in product management, preferably in AI or inspection technologies.
• Strong customer-facing skills with the ability to understand and address customer needs.
• Experience in AI technologies and their applications in inspection processes.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to oversee validation processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in creating and managing product documentation.
• Good technical English writing skills.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools.
• Experience with AI inspection tools and platforms.
• Knowledge of machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Understanding of market research and competitive analysis.
• Ability to read and understand technical standards and research papers.
