Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in an HR generalist or HR executive role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive and team-oriented mindset.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good knowledge of employment/labor laws.
- Must be able to converse in Mandarin.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally & Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
