  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position Summary:

The Logistic Executive will be responsible for coordinating the activities of the Service Department via administrative and operational support.

What will your role be?

- Provides administrative and operations support for the service department.

- Prepare and liaise with forwarders and transporters for oversea and local export and import shipments.

- Packing and unpacking of goods.

- Prepares and manages Invoices, Delivery Orders, and Reports.

- Handling of ad hoc assignments from time to time.

What do you need to have to be successful in this role?

- Candidate must possess at least a Certificate/Diploma in any field.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

- Proficient in English & Bahasa Malaysia, both oral and written.

- Have Good discipline and Work attitude.

- High level of integrity and ability to always maintain confidentiality.

- Medically and physically fit.
