Job Summary :

To provide efficient HR support and services to the Businesses in relation to HR function, Payroll services and the HRMS. This role will require you to work closely with HR to ensure that HR/Payroll/ legal and statutory obligations are met.

Job Responsibilities :

1. To perform HR Generalist on compensation & benefits, training, recruitment, employee relations and performance management in hospitality industries.
2. To ensure all staff employment records is updated and well maintain in both personal file and HR system.
3. To ensure all staff movements such as employment confirmation, contract renewal and resignation are processed timely and accurately. In addition, assessment and evaluation on the necessity of request, preparing the proposal for management approval for the staff movement.
4. To ensure monthly payroll processing is timely and accurately and ensure compliance with all statutory requirements, timely submission and attend to all related statutory issues.
5. To ensure all staff leave and medical claim entitlement are well maintained in the HRMS and ensure processing is timely and accurately.
6. To actively participate in the HR Project (e.g. HRMS) to ensure successful and quality implementation.

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • 3 years of experiences in a generalist HR role.
