  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Overview:

  • Maintain Payment SLA
  • Responsible on task assigned
  • Ensure payment paid correctly and timely.
  • Ensure all processes followed and comply.

Your work life:

  • Download submissions from DWMS Supplier Portal for invoice posting and payment process.
  • Update excel tracking for P2P.
  • Ensure documents provided comply with policies and procedures.
  • Liaise with requestor/GR if there are any issues and highlight.
  • Monitoring DWMS Inbox to ensure task flows for payment processing.
  • Updates DMWS to complete payment task.
  • Filing all the invoices and maintaining filling system.
  • Following up pending task at Payment Requestor or any related party.

To be considered, you’ll need:

  • A Degree in Accounting
  • Possess a minimum 6 years of working experience in Accounting and Finance
  • High comfort level working in a diverse environment
  • Ability to work as an individual and together in a team
  • Excellent proficiency in verbal and written communication in English and Malay
  • Excellent computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Excel productivity suite
  • Ability to maintain high confidentiality, is tactful and can exercise discretion when dealing with people
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
