  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist to manage all aspects of day to day Purchasing operation within the limits of requirements, specifications, costs and timeliness to meet the standards.
  • Actively monitor, plan and purchase the required products to ensure sufficient stock requirements.
  • Source, compile, negotiate and evaluate the prices, specifications, and terms of the products to support the optimal decision for purchase.
  • Process Purchase Order (PO) based on the SOP to allow timely and smooth operation process.
  • Coordinate with relevant parties (e.g., suppliers, vendors, transporter, etc) for efficient and effective operation processes including deliveries, documentations etc.
  • Process documents, delivery, and unloading of goods to ensure the timely arrival of goods.
  • Match invoices with purchase orders and submit to the accounts team in a timely manner to ensure the payments are within terms.
  • Maintain proper records of quotation, purchases documentation and supplier information.
  • Work closely with all department to ensure entire operations is runs smoothly.
  • All other job-related tasks as assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.

    • EXPERIENCE:

    • At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

    QUALIFICATION:

    • The candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, in Accounts/Finance or equivalent.
    • Proven minimum (3) years previous experience working as Purchasing Executive in a similar type of establishment.
    • Outstanding interpersonal skills, including good oral and written communication skills and the ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization.
    • Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, and English
