You will play an important role, such as:
- Assist customers by phone, emails or live chat
- Ensuring that customers are satisfied with products or services by handling complaints and inquiries.
- Determining the most effective ways to answer a customer's questions
- Working with a team of CSRs and other departments to find appropriate solutions to problems
To succeed in this role, we will need you to have:
- Possess at least a high school certificate.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English & Mandarin
- Preferably someone with at least 1 year Customer Service experience in BPO/Call Center industry.
- Fresh graduate is welcomed to apply.
- Has strong sense of responsibility, independent and customer friendly.
- Able to work on rotational shift, public holiday and weekend.
