You will play an important role, such as:

  • Assist customers by phone, emails or live chat
  • Ensuring that customers are satisfied with products or services by handling complaints and inquiries.
  • Determining the most effective ways to answer a customer's questions
  • Working with a team of CSRs and other departments to find appropriate solutions to problems

To succeed in this role, we will need you to have:

  • Possess at least a high school certificate.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English & Mandarin
  • Preferably someone with at least 1 year Customer Service experience in BPO/Call Center industry.
  • Fresh graduate is welcomed to apply.
  • Has strong sense of responsibility, independent and customer friendly.
  • Able to work on rotational shift, public holiday and weekend.
