Responsibilities:

  • Updating and managing employee records including any work related to Human Resources which is the administrative executive's task in the Maintenance Department.
  • Reports on attendance, overtime, training and employee needs.
  • Daily and weekly progress reports and tracking system updates.
  • Administration of payment claims.
  • General file maintenance and document preparation.
  • Liaise with other departments for access to work sites, assist supervisors in their technical inquiries and mediate between technical parties and other departments at headquarters.
  • All related administrative tasks including updating Training Records, Certificates and informing relevant departments if necessary as well as any related administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • Must have Bachelor Degree in Business Administration / Accounting / Office Management, or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Able to speak and write in English
  • Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and etc.
  • Applicants must not have previously participated in the PROTÉGÉ–RTW program with the same implementing company (the applied company).
