  • Generate New Business: Expand market penetration and increase market share
  • Maintain Key Accounts: Build and sustain relationships with key accounts through regular visits and anticipate new opportunities
  • Lead & Motivate Team: Drive sales targets and KPIs by managing and inspiring the sales team
  • Monitor Sales Reports: Oversee monthly promoters’ sales reports
  • Ensure Smooth Operations: Visit outlets regularly to ensure compliance with company policies and maintain high standards of presentation and customer service
  • Protect Confidential Information: Safeguard organizational value by keeping information confidential
  • Collaborate Effectively: Build trust, communicate well, and work with all support departments ️
  • Manage the Central Region: Oversee and meet sales goals for the region
  • Ad-Hoc Tasks: Perform additional tasks as assigned by Management

Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Diploma or Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management/Marketing or equivalent
  • Experience: At least 5 years in a related field
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in CN to deal with customers, BM, and English ️
  • Technical Skills: Computer literate with MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint) and email
  • Work Style: Ability to work both collaboratively and independently
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of marketing concepts, sales planning, market trends, competitors, and product knowledge
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel ️
