Warehouse Executive (PROTEGE-RTW)

Responsibilities:

• Checking the stock for the loading and unloading of the delivery.
• Perform data entry, store, and process digital and paper records.
• The work involves logistics.
• Monitor the work of sorting and identifying materials and proper storage by storekeepers.
• Monitor the activities of loading and unloading materials from suppliers and other sub-contractors.
• Receive, checking and inspect all incoming material tally with actual purchase order (PO) and delivery order (DO) also incoming from main warehouse use stock transfer (STR).
• Assist in recording and keeping all stock transactions properly filed and retrievable.
• Responsible for accurately checking physical quantities with the WMS system, and performing weekly and monthly physical counting.
• Assist in checking safety stock and consumables on a weekly basis to ensure all parts are in order and can support maintenance work. Also need to apply for month-end purchase requests.
• Ensure that all equipment and facilities in the warehouse work in good condition and comply with the safety and health requirements of the SOP.

Requirements:

• Must have Bachelor Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration / Management, or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Able to speak and write in English.
• Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and etc.
• Applicants must not have previously participated in the PROTÉGÉ– RTW program with the same implementing company (the applied company).
