An international aesthetics clinic chain headquartered in Singapore, with presence in Shanghai, Hangzhou and now Kuala Lumper, is looking for suitable candidates for the above positions. Remuneration

Earn base salary + performance bonus

Responsibilities:

Finance & Accounting

  • Report to the FC who are qualified CPA / Chartered Accountant
  • Responsible for handling full set of accounts which includes generating financial reports, processing payables, receivables, journal vouchers, petty cash, inventory report, maintenance of fixed assets registers, filling, etc
  • Manage, liaise and coordinate with Singapore office staff as well as any third parties to which certain accounting, or finance functions have been outsourced to.
  • Manage Account Payable and/or Receivable.
  • Handles bills & payments, banking, payrolls and audit matters, etc
  • Assist FC to oversee the company's transaction processing systems
  • Ensure financial records are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner
  • Other financial and accounting work may be assigned as the candidate gains competency after induction
  • Assist in any other finance-related matters as required
  • Audit sales contracts and enter sales invoice details into the Accounts receivable or customer prepaid accounts
  • Daily reporting of work done and issues uncovered
  • Keep up to date with and apply the latest financial and operational policy changes
  • Review contracts / invoices using policy reference tables and formulated spreadsheets

Administration

  • Liaise and coordinate with Singapore office staff and outsourced corporate services firm on Company secretariat, SOP audit & compliance matters.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure smooth running of office and its resources.
  • Other Ad-hoc duties if assigned.

Job Qualifications/Skills:

  • Candidate must possess at least recognized Diploma / Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business or Science fields.
  • Require 1-2 years of job experience in areas relevant to the role.
  • Fresh graduates who are fast learners are encouraged to apply.
  • Show to possess self-drive ability and perseverance in overcoming challenges when starting up a new role or in a new environment.
  • Comfortable with computerized data processing and able to comprehend tables and spreadsheets templates.
  • Self-driven, time-conscious, deadline-oriented, meticulous, and sensitive with figures
  • Diligent in checking her work to ensure no errors, before submitting to superiors for review
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word & Powerpoint.
  • Familiar with Xero/UBS accounting software and others.
  • Good reporting skills.
  • High confidentiality in work ethics.
  • Must be able to multitask.
