Join Our Partnership Team as a Business Development Executive!

We’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive with exceptional presentation and communication skills to join our Partnership Team. Key Responsibilities:

Identifying New Opportunities

  • Conduct local & overseas market research to identify potential business opportunities
  • Provide insights and recommendations informed by market analysis
  • Stay updated on industry trends to identify opportunities for new partnerships and improvements in existing collaborations.

Strategic Partnership

  • Identify, negotiate, and onboard new partners to expand TimeTec’s market reach.
  • Oversee partner agreements, including drafting, reviewing, and ensuring compliance with contract terms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful partner activations and ongoing support.
  • Monitor partner performance, providing insights and recommendations for mutual growth.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing partners, ensuring smooth communication and long-term collaboration.
  • Plan and execute partnership strategies to achieve revenue target.

Report

  • Assist in preparing reports and documentation for partnership activities.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPI) and metrics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, partnership management, or a related role.
  • Solid business knowledge with a good understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
  • Adaptable, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, competitive, and ever-changing environment.
  • Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills, along with excellent relationship-building abilities.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive, can-do attitude, with a team-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Additional requirements:

  • Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus for communicating with Mandarin-speaking partners and clients
  • Own transport for travel to partner meetings as needed.
