Business Development Executive

1. - Kelantan (Kota Bharu) position - Open

We are looking for a business development executive to develop our Motorcycle Parts/Lubes/Tyres in Peninsular of Malaysia. Channel will include visiting motorcycle workshops, spare part shops and hardware shops. Preferably someone who's fast learner and responsive with strong selling skills. As long as willing to learn, should be fine.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively source and establish a new account and leads.
• To aggressively promote and generate new account sales set by company.
• Ensure collection of debts in a timely manner.
• Accountable for an accelerated share of the market, sales, and profit growth for the assigned brand portfolio.
• Develop trade strategies and promotion plans to drive channel growth in terms of market share
• Tracking Sales goals and reporting results as necessary

REPORT directly to Managing Director

Job Requirements:

· Hard working, self-motivated, results oriented and honest.

· Candidate must possess driving license and own car.

· Required language(s): English, Bahasa

· Able to work in a challenging and fast paced working environment.

· You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments.

· You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments.

· You are a strong networker & relationship builder.

· You are willing to undertake more than 60% travel.

· Understand competitors' marketing plans (pricing, incentives, promotions, etc) and able to formulate marketing plan.

#Preferably Junior/Senior Executive specialized in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.

#Position will be based in Pahang.
