Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in the aerospace or manufacturing sector.
Possess strong analytical, problem solving, legal research skills.
Familiarity with corporate governance, contracts, and regulatory compliance.
Good understanding of legal terms and concepts relevant to documentation and administrative process.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of Aviation Industry Law including procedures, requirements and practices will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities:
Provide legal advice and supports on matters related to agreements, contracts, litigation, legal disputes, conflict resolution and handling letters of demands.
Draft, review, and vet company business and commercial agreements, company contracts, service agreements and other legal documents to ensure compliance with legal standards and company policies.
Manage and oversee contractual obligations with clients, vendors, and contractors.
Maintain contract documentation and oversee renewals or amendments.
Handle any legal disputes that may arise, including commercial litigation, employee disputes, and third-party claims.
Liaise with external legal counsel on more complex matters and represent the company in court or arbitration if required.
Implement legal strategies for dispute resolution to minimize legal risks and potential damages.
Keep up-to-date with evolving laws and regulations affecting to company business.
Work closely with regulatory bodies to ensure all required certifications and approvals are in place.
Conduct internal legal training for staff to promote legal awareness, especially regarding aerospace industry-specific regulations.
