Assistance Nurse/ Staff Nurse

As a Assistance Nurse or Staff Nurse (Home Care), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Assessing patients’ condition and implement nursing care plan.
• Performing nursing procedures in patient's home such as wound dressing and management, removal of stitches, care plan, changing of urinary catheter and etc.
• Ensuring continuity of treatment plans for home care patients.
• Maintain accurate documentation of procedures carried out and medications dispensed.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Nursing and be registered with Lembaga Jururawat Malaysia if applying for staff nurse position.
