Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular audits of HR paperwork to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Assist in the organization and maintenance of employee records, both digital and physical.
  • Support the HR team in filing and archiving documents in an efficient and secure manner.
  • Help identify and rectify discrepancies in HR documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Prior experience or coursework in HR is a plus but not required.
