Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular audits of HR paperwork to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Assist in the organization and maintenance of employee records, both digital and physical.
- Support the HR team in filing and archiving documents in an efficient and secure manner.
- Help identify and rectify discrepancies in HR documentation.
- Collaborate with HR staff to streamline and improve filing systems and processes.
- Provide administrative support for various HR projects and initiatives.
- Assist in preparing reports and summaries based on audit findings.

Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Prior experience or coursework in HR is a plus but not required.
