Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handle all incoming enquiries and to reply efficiently based on company’s products.
- Answer all incoming calls promptly and professionally.
- Ensure all customers’ queries are well-investigated and resolved.
- Conduct informative service briefing to customers.
- To collect feedback from customers on the services level and reports to the Head for improvement.
- Take ownership of complaints and queries of the customers and proactively following through to resolution.
- Ensure that all customers’ queries are well-investigated and resolved.

- Ensure total customer satisfaction at all times.
- To perform any other related duties according to the operational needs from time to time.
- Able to communicate in Chinese (Mandarin) or other dialect.
