We are seeking an experienced and dedicated HR and Admin Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources & Admin practices and processes. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with experience in handling a wide range of HR and admin responsibilities.
- Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resources functions which include manpower sourcing and placement initiatives, payroll administration, training & development, employee relations, compensation & benefits, performance management, foreign workers’ matters and other HR related support services.
- Set up HR objectives, strategies and plans in line with company directions and plans; cascade down into individual HR objectives & KPIs.
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Review HR work processes to be in line with company needs.
- Ensure payroll administration to be accurate and in timely manner.
- To develop, update and maintain personnel policies, policy manuals and employee handbook as required.
- Ensure the organization’s compliance with local, state and federal regulations. Identify individuals training & development needs for the company staffs and monitor training program status.
- Monitor an appropriate system of performance assessment relating to staff work objectives & KPIs.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
- Annually review the Personnel Handbook recommending amendments needed due to changes in local conditions or labor laws.
- Liaise closely with all Head of Departments to review, advise, and investigate workplace concerns and ensure employees are treated fairly.
- Ensure that all employees adhere to the code of conduct and comply with the company policies.
- Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs.
- Oversee and manage recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Manage industrial and employee relations, including inter-department conflicts and disciplinary cases.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree/ Professional Degree in Human Resource, Social Science, Psychology or any related field.
- 5-7 years of working experience in HR field will be an advantage.
- Prior experience working within Manufacturing industry is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and labour law.
- Excellent in interpersonal and organizational skills, able to maintain confidentiality; prioritize task in accuracy and efficiency.
- Strong analytical skills, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels, influence and challenge senior leadership and manage complex change initiatives.
- Proficient in Microsoft, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, ERP and HR system.
- A high self-motivated personality and possess effective follow up skills.
- Team player, with strong interpersonal skills; good communication skills and contributes to a good work environment.
- Well versed with Malaysia Labour Law and good working knowledge of HR practices.
- Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia, English. Chinese
