Job responsibilities:
️ Monitoring stock levels
️ Coordinate with suppliers, to confirm or change orders via purchasing system
️ Tracking orders and ensuring timely delivery
️ Researching potential vendors/suppliers
️ Evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better prices
️ Negotiate and plan promotions that are attractive and add value to our customers
️ Forecasting and analyzing market trend
️ To support other related purchasing activity
Job requirements:
️ At least Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies, Economics, Management or equivalent
️ Must be able to communicate in English, Malay & Mandarin (We seek Mandarin-speaking candidate who are required to deal with Mandarin speaking suppliers)
️ Fresh graduate(s) are encouraged to apply
️ FMCG buying experience are added advantages
️ Strong communication and excellent business presentation skills
️ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
️ Own Transport
