Site Manager

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in construction site management or project management.
• To provide a list of previous projects involved.
• Very familiar with paperwork (e.g. preparing site reports, work program, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, practices, and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read plans, and specifications.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate construction projects from start to finish.
• Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and policies.
• Develop project schedules and allocate resources accordingly.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed to specifications.
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and other project-related documents.
• Provide guidance and direction to construction workers, subcontractors, and other team members.
• Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Prepare and submit progress reports to senior management.
• Inspect construction sites regularly to ensure that work is being carried out in accordance with plans and specifications.
• Provide leadership and support to construction teams to promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
