Job Description:

Sales and Customer Service:

• Actively participate in Fast Sales Events to generate leads and increase awareness.
• Provide customer service to walk-in, call-in, and enquiry customers via phone and digital channels.
• Conduct follow-up calls after clinic visits to advise on post-treatment care and schedule review appointments.
• Manage appointment scheduling, including assigning staff and treatment facilities, and handle sales inquiries and promotions.
• Complete service sheets, collect payments, and handle invoices and forms before treatments.
• Attend training and meetings to enhance job skills, including training in administering aesthetic treatments.
• Support video shooting and editing tasks to align content with clinic branding.
• Maintain brochure stocks and display areas, manage end-of-day sales reporting, and assist with daily administrative tasks and ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Possess GCE ‘O’ Levels or above with 2 years’ proven sales results in consumer, lifestyle, wellness and healthcare sectors.
• Willing to work retail hours and weekends
• Prior experiences in aesthetic / healthcare sector will be an advantage
