Technical Sales Specialist

Tonasco is recruiting driven and high performing Key Account Engineer to join our growing professional team.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for sales target of assigned customer accounts in assigned territory.
• Implement account management plans, tactical sales plans and marketing plans and activities to meet business development goals.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and quality teams to facilitate the fulfilment of customer’s sales enquiries and orders.
• Carry out prospecting and sales activities to generate new leads and proceed to develop the prospects into buying customer accounts.
• Support local or international exhibitions, customer visits as well as online meetings to meet existing and prospective customers regularly.
• Conduct sales and market analysis periodically to manage sales growth and identify sales opportunities with existing accounts as well as generate high potential new leads.
• Maintain accurate customer data. Update information and generate reports for customer accounts and territory performance, and track sales opportunities progress in CRM and ERP systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field is a must. Degree in Business or Marketing can be considered with high-tech industry sales experience such as semicon or precision engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of industrial sales experience with proven track record in high-tech sectors.
• Professionally trained in sales management and advanced selling skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 CRM or any CRM software is a must.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills. Added language skills in German, French or Japanese is an added advantage.
• Positive attitude, service oriented, assertive, with lots of drive.
• Ready to independently travel abroad, especially in European countries with international driving license.
