  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are a building main construction company based in Kuala Lumpur with over 30 years' experience in building residential and commercial projects.

Role Description

This is a full-time role as a quantity surveyor . The successful candidate will be responsible for

  • Review construction plans and drawings and prepare quantity requirements
  • Prepare cost estimates based on architectural drawings and specifications
  • Track project budgets, monitoring expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities
  • Prepare tender documents and tender analysis
  • Work closely with project managers, consultants, and sub-contractors to ensure project stays within budgets and meets all quality standards and legal requirements

Qualifications

  • Diploma/ Degree in Quantity Surveying, or a related field
  • Excellent numeric and analytical skills
  • Familiar with the MS Project and AutoCad programs
  • Good communication skills
  • Must be able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Chinese
  • Candidates need to be proficient in Mandarin due to the nature of the job
