Purchasing Executive

a) Responsible for material sourcing.

b) Local/ Oversea’s Supplier selection and evaluation in accordance with the organization’s requirement.

c) Local/Oversea’s Supplier performance monitoring and improvement.

d) Suppliers QMS development with the goal of supplier conformity with ISO 9001: 2000 certification.

e) Purchase Order management.

f) Purchased products, material or services from Approved Supplier List and ensure the quality of purchased products.

g) Price negotiation and monitoring.

h) Monitor monthly production planning

i) To liaise with production, quality department and supplier’s on delivery date

j) To monitor minimum stock level for replenishment of stock and stock control

k) MIDA renewal

l) Follow up the Local/Oversea Supplier’s Shipment matters of purchased materials.

m) Updating purchase department KPI.

n) Other jobs given by Superior from time to time.

Requirement:-

a) Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.

b) At least 5 years of working experiences in a manufacturing environment.

c) Good command of English and mandarin (spoken and written).

d) Conversant in Mandarin will be an added advantage.

e) Knowledge and experience in MYOB will be an added advantage.

f) Computer literate, good knowledge of MS Office operation, and Excel

g) Pleasant personality and able to interact all level of people., strong follow up and good negotiation skills.
