Job Scope and Responsibilities
- To carry out all administrative tasks and able to priorities tasks & assignments to meet deadlines within a fast-paced environment.
- A self-starter, fast learner and hardworking who can work independently as well as a team.
- Manage office operations, including organizing files, handling correspondence, and maintaining accurate records.
- Prepare communications professionally, such as memos, emails, official letters, and other correspondence.
- Consistent follow-up to ensure documents are processed in a timely manner.
- Involvement in day-to-day treasury operations
- Provides administrative support and ensures efficient operation of the office.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management.
Job Requirements
- Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in Business Administration / Human Resources or equivalent.
- At least (1) year of working experience in the related field.
- Required languages: English & Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin will be added advantage.
- Positive attitude, detail-oriented, highly responsibility and able to work under pressure.
- Good knowledge in MS Office applications
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
