Job Scope and Responsibilities

  • To carry out all administrative tasks and able to priorities tasks & assignments to meet deadlines within a fast-paced environment.
  • A self-starter, fast learner and hardworking who can work independently as well as a team.
  • Manage office operations, including organizing files, handling correspondence, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Prepare communications professionally, such as memos, emails, official letters, and other correspondence.
  • Consistent follow-up to ensure documents are processed in a timely manner.
  • Involvement in day-to-day treasury operations
  • Provides administrative support and ensures efficient operation of the office.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management.

Job Requirements

  • Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in Business Administration / Human Resources or equivalent.
  • At least (1) year of working experience in the related field.
  • Required languages: English & Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin will be added advantage.
  • Positive attitude, detail-oriented, highly responsibility and able to work under pressure.
  • Good knowledge in MS Office applications
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
