Key Responsibilities:
1. Office Management & Compliance
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a conducive work environment and employee welfare.
- Ensure compliance with office safety standards and proactively address any issues.
- Coordinate office needs to ensure smooth operational workflow.
- Manage company documentation and filing systems, ensuring accurate and organized record-keeping.

3. Employee Management
- Oversee the full cycle of recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Manage employee relations, talent development, and disciplinary actions.
- Provide regular employee performance reports to management.
- Create, update, and maintain the employee handbook, ensuring all policies and procedures are clear and up to date.
- Enforce the rules and regulations set by the company, ensuring compliance from all employees.
- Offer guidance to employees on company policies, procedures, and best practices.
4. Advisory & Strategic HR Support
- Provide the director with insights and recommendations on employee-related issues, focusing on enhancing company management and organizational health.
- Offer guidance on optimizing employee engagement, retention, and overall workforce efficiency.
- Assist in aligning HR strategies with business objectives to support growth and sustainability.
5. Leave & Attendance Management
- Administer and monitor the company’s leave system to ensure compliance and fairness.
- Manage employee attendance records and ensure accurate tracking of working hours.
- Provide comprehensive leave and attendance reports to management.
6. Payroll Management
- Ensure accurate monthly payroll processing in compliance with financial regulations.
- Calculate overtime (OT) based on company policies and labor laws.
- Manage employee incentives, bonuses, allowances, and other compensation packages.
- Oversee employee benefits such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and income tax deductions.
- Maintain detailed records for payroll audits and ensure compliance with legal and tax requirements.
7. Positive Culture Development
- Foster a positive and collaborative work culture, encouraging open communication and teamwork.
- Promote employee engagement through team-building activities and staff development programs.
- Drive initiatives that enhance employee morale and reinforce company values.
