Job Description HR & Admin Executive
- Responsible for timely processing of Payroll.
- To handle monthly Staff Claim, Overtime, Worker Schedule & update Leave Form
- To process SOCSO claims relating to work related injuries
- To handle submission monthly KWSP, SOCSO, EIS, Income tax & HRDF
- Experience in employee misconduct, show cause, warning letter & domestic inquiry
- Arrange training for staffs
- Handle recruitment and selection process, source for suitable candidates for office
- Other HR operations such as performance and disciplinary management.
- Liaise with statutory bodies and relevant authorities and matters pertaining to labor laws, industrial relations, statutory requirements, tax and insurance
- Responsible for the general office administration such as office supplies, upkeep and maintenance of office equipment
- Responsible for company vehicles, renewal of license, safety measures and cleanliness.
- Perform any ad hoc duties assigned by superior.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Experience in Payroll is an added advantage
- Good communication & interpersonal skills.
