Roles and Responsible:
- Maintain and update general ledger and sales journal.
- Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions.
- Reconcile bank statements.
- Prepare trial balance, balance sheets, profit & loss statements.
- Able to handle full set of accounts and generate relevant reports.
- Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones, processing the mail, etc.
- Handling communications with clients and vendors via phone and email.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): SQL, Autocount, UBS
- Candidate must possess at least LCCI, Diploma of Accounting.
- Preferably specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
- Able to multitask and to work well under pressure and independently.
- Good Command of MS office (World & Excel).
- Applicants must be willing to work in Petaling Jaya, Kota Damansara.
- Immediately available preferred.
