Roles and Responsible:

  • Maintain and update general ledger and sales journal.
  • Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions.
  • Reconcile bank statements.
  • Prepare trial balance, balance sheets, profit & loss statements.
  • Able to handle full set of accounts and generate relevant reports.
  • Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones, processing the mail, etc.
  • Handling communications with clients and vendors via phone and email.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): SQL, Autocount, UBS
  • Candidate must possess at least LCCI, Diploma of Accounting.
  • Preferably specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
  • Able to multitask and to work well under pressure and independently.
  • Good Command of MS office (World & Excel).
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Petaling Jaya, Kota Damansara.
  • Immediately available preferred.
  • Full-time positions available.
