Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and track the company's performance, including evaluating product costs and profitability.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses of expenses, financial performance, and prepare budgets.
  • Manage Accounts Payable and Receivable processes.
  • Ensure that the company's accounting records and systems comply with internal policies, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
  • Prepare financial statements on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis, including profit & loss, balance sheet, tax calculations, and other financial reports.
  • Manage cash flow by monitoring daily bank balances, preparing cash flow forecasts, and handling payments.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for Auditors, Tax Consultants, Bankers, Telco, and government agencies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Strong understanding of accounting standards, tax regulations, and legal requirements.
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in the manufacturing industry with an accounting background.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Capable of working effectively in a team and providing leadership when needed.
  • Detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy.
  • Preference for female candidates fluent in Mandarin to interact with Mandarin-speaking clients.
