About the role

In short, this role will handle exhibition booth building coordination and execution.

This might entail:

  • Managing multiple projects, including supervising the preparation, build-up, and dismantling of event/exhibition activities
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships throughout the project, going the extra mile to meet expectations of customers
  • Working with organizer, client and vendors' event deliverables to execute according to planned timelines
  • Managing and supervising multiple vendors on site to ensure timely and accurate assembly processes.
  • Making sure that project setups are in line with local security requirements, and workplace safety and health regulations.

What you’ll do

Project Planning and Coordination:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of exhibition project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure all project elements are aligned and delivered on time.
  • Maintain project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and progress reports

Communication and Collaboration:

  • Act as the main point of contact for all project-related communications
  • Liaise with clients, designers, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met
  • Facilitate regular project meetings and update stakeholders on project status and progress

On-site Execution:

  • Oversee the logistics and operational aspects of exhibitions, including venue setup, transportation, and timely installation
  • Ensure all exhibition elements meet the company's quality standards and client expectations

What we’re looking for:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, with skills in presentation and data visualization
  • Proven experience in project management, particularly in the exhibition or events industry
  • Hands-on and outgoing — you enjoy interacting with people, coordinating events and going on-site to oversee the process
  • Strong sense of organization and time management — you’re good with schedules and can keep things moving according to timelines
  • Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail — you have a sharp eye, can spot mistakes and find ways to resolve it
  • Flexibility with work and travel arrangements — you’re not bound by the 9-to-5 mindset, but are focused on getting the job done
