Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend to customer phone enquiries and complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Direct customer inquiries to the appropriate PIC within the organisation and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

Requirements:

  • Minimum diploma in any Science subjects. Opportunity to be transferred to a role in our core lab at a later stage if you are a graduate in Medical Lab related fields.
  • No experience is required, and any prior experience in a similar role is a plus.
  • Strong verbal communication skills in English and Malay.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond professionally to different types of characters.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Able to work from office (PJ) on a shift basis (monthly roster).
