Job Description
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and follow-ups.
- Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth execution of projects and client requests.
- Represent the company in client meetings, providing updates and addressing needs.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and contracts for client-facing activities.
- Attend networking events to strengthen client relationships and industry connections.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and provide regular project updates to the business developement team and Group CEO.
Job Requirement
1) Must have skills - the basic skills required for this position.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 1-2 years of experience in business development support, client relations, or business operations roles.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, events, and industry functions as required.
2) Good to have skills - skills or experience that will be an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging with clients both professionally and socially.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail in managing multiple client engagements.
