Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Support and Coordination
- Assist sales agents with registration, marketing activities, and promotional efforts, helping them effectively engage with clients and drive sales. Your support will enable them to focus on building relationships and closing deals
- Coordinate communication between the sales team and clients, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
- Handle client inquiries and resolve issues or direct them to the appropriate team member.
- Conduct live selling sessions on TikTok and Shopee Live, engaging customers and driving sales.
2. Data Management and Reporting
- Maintain and update sales records, including customer information, sales figures, and transaction details.
- Generate sales reports and analytics to track performance and provide insights to the sales team and management.
- Manage databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
3. Marketing and Promotional Activities
- Develop and implement promotional campaigns and materials.
- Assist in organizing sales events, webinars, and other promotional activities, including live-streamed events on TikTok and Shopee.
- Monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide feedback to improve future efforts.
4. Training and Development
- Coordinate training sessions for new sales agents, ensuring they are well-versed in company products, policies, and sales techniques.
- Provide ongoing support and training to the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.
5. Administrative Tasks
- Coordinate with other departments, such as finance and logistics, to ensure smooth processing of orders and payments.
- Handle routine administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and office supply management.
6. Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and sales partners.
- Address customer complaints and concerns, working with the sales team to provide satisfactory solutions.
- Follow up with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
7. Sales Strategy and Planning
- Assist in developing and executing sales strategies and plans to achieve company targets.
- Participate in sales meetings, providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis and customer feedback.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities and challenges.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales support, e-commerce, or related fields.
- Familiarity with TikTok and Shopee platforms, particularly live selling.
