  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

The QA Executive will be responsible for overseeing the entire quality control process, ensuring that incoming materials, in-process production, and outgoing products meet the company’s quality standards. The role also involves continuous monitoring, assessment, and improvement of QC procedures to maintain compliance with relevant ISO standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect and verify incoming materials according to established specifications.
  • Work closely with suppliers to resolve material quality issues.
  • Monitor production processes to ensure products meet quality requirements at each stage.
  • Implement and maintain in-process control plans and work instructions.
  • Perform regular quality audits and inspections during production.
  • Conduct final inspections on finished products before shipment.
  • Ensure that outgoing products meet customer and regulatory specifications.
  • Prepare QC reports for management and maintain accurate records.
  • Ensure all quality control processes comply with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards.
  • Assist in the maintenance of certification and compliance to these standards.
  • Identify areas for improvement within the QC process and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address quality concerns and root cause analysis.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their quality requirements and address any quality-related issues.
  • Assist in resolving customer complaints by investigating issues and proposing solutions.

    • Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in a QA/QC role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
    • Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14000, and ISO 45000 standards (added advantage).
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
