- To monitor and ensure smooth Orders Fulfillment Management, identifying and acting to remove obstacles to delivering consistently high levels of service.
- Follow up on customers' orders (status of delivery etc.) ensuring efficient communication between departments and on-time delivery. Handling and resolving customer complaints.
- Work collaboratively with respective department, such as NPI/Planner to work out on the shipment date and delivery schedule.
- Generating Order Confirmation (OC)/ Sales Order (SO) for customers' Purchase Order, Delivery Order (DO) / Packing Slip and Invoice.
- Generating and providing ERP picking list to warehouse/shipping for outgoing shipment and preparation on customer declaration.
- Build & maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships and maintain customer database.
- Managed and compile monthly reports, OTD, sale forecasts, bookings/billings/backlog reports.
Requirement
- Minimum 5 years experience in sales/customer services/customer operations.
- Diploma/Bachelor degree preferable in marketing, engineering or equivalent.
- Prove track record within a demanding sales environment
- Team player, and able to collaborate within fast moving production environment
- Good communication, analytical & negotiation skills
- Proactive, self-motivated, independent and hardworking
- Fluent in spoken and written English, computer literally and proficient in Microsoft applications
