  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Keys Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end NPI deployment projects based on key performance metrics.
  • Responsible for planning and organizing tooling according to project & customer requirements.
  • Coordinate activities concerned with mould maker, scheduling and resolving tooling design.
  • Evaluate design change, specification, and drawing release.
  • Prepare and complete tooling progress report from time to time.
  • Collaborate with injection/tool maker/process/tooling/technical team to provide product recommendations for tooling improvement
  • Document all new tooling activation activities such as comparison quote and tooling construction. Control expenditure within limitation of tooling budget.
  • Manage overall department function.
  • Submit TTNE (Tooling Transfer Notification Form) to customer.
  • Collaborate with Planner & Project team for weekly tool trial.
  • Other duties assigned by Management from time to time.

Job Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience of 6-8 years’ experience in NPI within the plastic industry (preferred) or other similar industrial / manufacturing companies
  • Hands on experience in NPI and project handling will be an added advantage.
  • Good inter-personal skills and able to work well under pressure.
  • Skill(s): Tooling experience, plastic mold injection , customer interface
