Job Responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle of recruitment process, including but not limited to sourcing, screening, scheduling interview appointments and preparation of Letter of Appointments
- Develop and execute recruiting plans while identify recruiting opportunities by researching new sources for talent
- Assist in preparation of HR documents such as Letter of Appointment, Confirmation, Transfer, Increment and Promotion
- Coordinate and participate in Job Fairs
- Preparation of Recruitment Reports
- Network through industry contacts, relevant universities, association memberships, trade groups and social media
- Perform any other related duties as and when required
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management/ Social Science or equivalent
- Minimum 3-5 years relevant working experience as Recruitment Executive in GLC / Government Agencies
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communications and writing skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Good knowledge in Malaysian Employment Act, specifically in recruitment matters
- Confident in communicating with all levels of hierarchy in the organization
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Able to meet tight deadlines and ad hoc assignments
- Mobile and willing to travel at short notice
- Self – driven and able to work with minimal supervision.
