Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the full cycle of recruitment process, including but not limited to sourcing, screening, scheduling interview appointments and preparation of Letter of Appointments
  • Develop and execute recruiting plans while identify recruiting opportunities by researching new sources for talent
  • Assist in preparation of HR documents such as Letter of Appointment, Confirmation, Transfer, Increment and Promotion
  • Coordinate and participate in Job Fairs
  • Preparation of Recruitment Reports
  • Network through industry contacts, relevant universities, association memberships, trade groups and social media
  • Perform any other related duties as and when required

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management/ Social Science or equivalent
  • Minimum 3-5 years relevant working experience as Recruitment Executive in GLC / Government Agencies
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent communications and writing skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Good knowledge in Malaysian Employment Act, specifically in recruitment matters
  • Confident in communicating with all levels of hierarchy in the organization
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Able to meet tight deadlines and ad hoc assignments
  • Mobile and willing to travel at short notice
  • Self – driven and able to work with minimal supervision.
