  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Oversee the overall operational effectiveness in sensor and semiconductor productions, ensuring high standards of product quality, minimize product defects and wastages, maintain team members’ productivity and morale. Actively collaborate with other Departments and functions to achieve production target.

Job Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Manage production schedule and processes to meet monthly production targets.
  • Communicating regularly with upper management regarding problems or issues impacting production
  • Evaluating resources to ensure continued production and minimal downtime. Take proactive actions to address any issues with customer focus mindset.
  • Motivating, supporting and providing guidance to team members. Plan and monitor subordinates skill development activities.
  • Ensuring all safety and health standards are met to keep an organization accident-free.
  • Prepare management reporting such as budget & expenses and monthly, quarterly and bi-annually operational reports including presentation to management.
  • Support and promote continuous improvement activities among team members. Provide guidance when necessary.

    • Academic Qualification & Skills Required:

  • Degree in Manufacturing / Engineering fields with at least 5 years’ experience as team leader in Semiconductor manufacturing industry.
  • Passionate and possesses vast knowledge in Semiconductor manufacturing best practices.
  • Able to manage team effectively.
  • Good negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. Ability to communicate in Japanese language is an added advantage.
  • Excellent problem solving and logical thinking skills.
  • Computer literate (MS Office Applications)
